They measure approximately 7” long and are hand finished, giving a quality, sturdy feel when picked up. Designed with ergonomics in mind, these knives’ petite size are perfect for slicing, spreading, and serving a variety of cheeses, making them ideal for complimenting charcuterie displays and simplifying the hosting experience! To help promote longevity and durability, the knives are sealed with food-safe mineral oil and organic beeswax. They are easy to care for and a fresh take on today’s overuse of plastic. Just hand wash with mild soap and water and dry with a soft cloth.
